As the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to mount challenges for companies around the world, we are dedicating a global team to monitoring the situation around the clock and to minimizing the threat of disruptions to our business, customers, employees and supply chain.
As part of this process and response to COVID-19, we have put continuity plans and preparations in place to address potential disruptions to our plants and facilities that could occur from the spread of the virus. While we know the situation remains fluid, with limited exceptions our product is crossing borders and getting to customers that rely on their timely delivery.
Additionally, we are working with all our key suppliers to monitor any potential disruption. We can report supply levels are being maintained and we have not identified specific concerns at this time. It is possible that supply chain or other issues may impact our plants as things change. We will remain in contact with our customers regarding such changes should our ability to supply be affected.
Working with the Koch family of companies, we are receiving guidance from our global security team as well as monitoring the World Health Organization (WHO), the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and local health authorities for up-to-date information. We are taking appropriate actions and precautions regarding sanitization, travel and access to our facilities, and actively encouraging any employees that are unwell to stay at home.
The health and safety of our employees and the communities where we live and work remain our top priority. Guardian Glass is committed to taking the steps necessary to provide a safe work environment, in compliance with all local, regional and country regulations and recommendations.
