The latest development in the Guardian SunGuard® Solar Plus range of coated solar control glass, SunGuard® Solar Plus Neutral 45 offers a highly desirable, neutral, transparent appearance, resulting in true views on the

outside. The glass minimizes the need for artificial lighting, while still providing superior solar control and thermal insulation, making it ideal for premium residential and commercial builds.

Solar Plus Neutral 45 combines several compelling benefits: good solar control, high natural light transmission (44%), yet also low solar heat gain (SHGC of 0.35), allowing the glass to meet the new Indian green building codes.

Solar Plus Neutral 45 provides low internal and external light reflection (6% and 16% respectively), adding a much more neutral tone to the glass when viewing the glass from inside and outside. If a building is in use around the clock, the glass allows occupants to enjoy better views of the outside world.

Solar Plus Neutral 45 can be used in a wide range of commercial and residential applications including curtain walls, facades, windows, spandrels, roof windows and skylights. The glass can be used in a double insulating glass unit or in monolithic applications, where the glass has been tested and proven for its durability.

Solar Plus Neutral 45 is designed on clear float glass. The glass is available annealed or in a heat treatable version for safety, security or acoustic applications.
