Description of the project

The Nobu Hotel in the historic city of Warsaw has a unique, slender, triangular-shaped appearance that brings fresh, Japanese-style, contemporary accommodation to the area. Dynamic and distinctive, the Hotel renovation was designed by the Polish architectural firm Medusa Group and California-based Studio PCH.

The hotel has 117 rooms as well as meeting rooms and event spaces, a fitness centre and a restaurant, all integrated within a mix of luxurious hotel and energised living spaces. With Warsaw seen as one of the country’s most dynamic cities, Nobu Hotel Warsaw embraces the city’s charisma to create a genuinely unique, stunning structure in this cultural hub.

The solar control glass for the fully glazed façade is Guardian SunGuard® SuperNeutral (SN) 70/37 HT, which has an attractive, transparent, neutral blue reflected colour with low reflection that is ideal for glazed façades. The coating also minimises the need for artificial light and offers outstanding thermal insulation, keeping guests and staff comfortable at all times of the year.
