Description of the project
Located in the immediate vicinity of the E25 motorway and a 15-minute drive from Luxembourg city center, Westside Village office park in Capellen comprises of six high performance modern buildings. Designed by ASSAR Architects, the buildings are designed to favor interaction with its environment, providing many green areas and a busy, thriving promenade. The modern design and practical layout of the 24,000 square meters of office space provide a comfortable work environment for occupants.
The vision glass of the façades is Guardian SunGuard® High Performance (HP) Silver 35/26. HP Solar Silver 10 was chosen for the spandrel areas, providing the buildings with a uniform appearance. These high-performance solar control glasses have a sophisticated silver appearance and provide good solar control and thermal insulation properties. High energy efficiency makes the SunGuard High Performance range the ideal choice for a wide variety of climate conditions, particularly in buildings where air conditioning is used and where energy regulations need to be met or exceeded.
